Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations work for TierPOD (tierpod.com). TierPOD is operated by WebfyAgency. Subscription payments are processed by WebfyAgency via Stripe.

1. Subscription Plans

TierPOD (a product of WebfyAgency) offers subscription plans (e.g. Starter, Standard, Premium). Billing is recurring (e.g. monthly or as shown at checkout) and is processed by WebfyAgency through our payment provider, Stripe. When you pay at tierpod.com, the charge is processed by Stripe on behalf of WebfyAgency.

We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, including for partial billing periods after cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, unauthorized payment), contact us and we will work with you and our payment provider to resolve the issue. Refunds in such cases are at our discretion and subject to the payment provider’s rules.

4. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry or suspend access until the payment is updated. Chargebacks and payment disputes should be raised with your bank or card issuer; we may suspend or close the account until the dispute is resolved.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
