TierPOD is a product of WebfyAgency and provides tools for print-on-demand sellers, including Merch By Amazon research, bulk mockup generation, Etsy listing assistance, and related utilities. Access to features depends on your subscription plan (Starter, Standard, or Premium).
You must create an account to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.
Subscriptions for TierPOD are billed by WebfyAgency through our payment provider, Stripe. When you subscribe at tierpod.com, you authorize WebfyAgency and Stripe to process recurring charges according to your chosen plan until you cancel. Prices and plan limits may change with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You agree to use TierPOD only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, scrape or automate access beyond intended use, or use the tools to infringe others’ intellectual property or rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Content you upload (designs, images) remains yours. You grant TierPOD a limited license to process and store it as needed to provide the service. TierPOD’s branding, software, and materials are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.
Our tools are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee results, accuracy of research data, or that the service will be uninterrupted. You use the service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TierPOD and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or inability to use it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
