What are AI Credits and how do they work?
AI Credits are daily limits that reset every 24 hours. They're used to access AI-powered tools, and each tool consumes different amounts of credits. Your daily limit depends on your subscription plan.
What happens if I run out of AI Credits?
If you've used all your daily AI Credits, you'll need to wait until the next day when they reset, or upgrade to a higher plan with more credits. You can check your remaining credits in the Dashboard or on any AI tool page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card using Stripe, our secure payment processor. Stripe supports all major credit and debit cards, ensuring a safe and seamless checkout experience.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all paid features during that time. After the billing period ends, your subscription will not renew automatically, and you won't be charged again. Your data will be saved, and you can resubscribe whenever you're ready to continue.
What is the History feature in MBA Research?
The History feature shows historical performance data for niches and products, displaying charts of Best Seller Rank (BSR) and price trends over time. You can view data for 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 1 year to analyze market trends and identify profitable opportunities.
Can I upload my generated mockups directly to Etsy or Shopify?
Yes, this feature is coming soon! You will be able to upload your generated mockups directly to Etsy from the "Listings" page. Support for Shopify and other platforms will follow.
What happens to my saved mockups if my subscription expires?
Your saved mockups, folders, and design positions will all be safely stored in your account. However, you will be restricted from using the export feature to generate new mockups until you activate a new plan.
What is Daily Exports?
This is the number of individual mockup images you can generate per day. This limit resets every 24 hours. Each plan comes with a different daily export limit to suit your needs.
Is my data secure? Who can see my uploaded mockups and designs?
